Mayers Memorial Healthcare District is searching for a Construction Project Management firm to provide general management, facilitation, and administration of development, design, construction and commissioning of the project, with a total project budget of $62 million. The project includes an expansion at the Burney campus where construction includes a new Ambulatory Surgery Center, and a maintenance building, a new Acute-Care wing build in Fall River that includes patient rooms, pharmacy, and a remodel of the existing space.
Pre-Bid walk is scheduled for February 3, 2025.
Bids are due March 7, 2025.
